RelaxU
Challenge: Design a compact, portable product aimed at assisting individuals in managing stress and anxiety while enhancing their ability to focus and maintain concentration.
Solution: Introducing a stress-relieving tool that is lightweight, compact, and versatile. This product incorporates three distinct features designed to facilitate fidgeting and promote relaxation, effectively soothing the mind.
Research and Ideation
We began researching through interviews identifying triggers and effective strategies to improve concentration and promote calmness among individuals facing challenges like anxiety, stress, and ADHD

We then held a focus group session with primarily student participants to gather feedback on how different users experience the stress-relieving gadget.




Prototyping and user testing
Experimenting with final material and assembly of inner components. user testing the final prototype and validated the design.




Meet RelaxU
The product aims to address fidgeting while enhancing focus and relaxation. It includes a light source for guided deep breathing exercises with varying intensity and two rotatable parts made of soft, elastic material enabling users to relieve stress by squeezing it like a stress ball. RelaxU is effective for managing stress, anxiety, and concentration issues.
